Typewritten recollections of John Nichol (ca. 1918-2008), a retired furniture refinisher in Regina, Saskatchewan. The recollections are contained in several separate documents entitled as follows: John Nichol Story; Humor at the Garden; Fishing Lures; Making Maple Syrup; Removing the Bullet from the Dog's Side; Growing Strawberries at the Garden; Making Fancy Wood Bowls; Teaching Furniture Refinishing Classes; Making My Own Telescope Circa 1965; and The Bronze Baby Shoes.
