This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used mainly by Peter Adsten, co-founder and former owner of Crestline Coach Ltd., a vehicle manufacturing company in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Box 1 contains textual records as follows: ambulance price chart (1986); business plan (September 1992); catalogues/advertising (1975-2004); company profile (1981, 1983); customer references (1982); expansion proposal (ca. 1980); certificate of incorporation (1975); newsletters (1986-2002); newspaper/magazine articles (1980-2005); research paper on modular ambulances (1992); SABEX application (1995); specifications (1977-1992); material relating to ambulance service in Saskatchewan (ca. 1972-1975); and a history of the Bengough Union Hospital ambulance (ca. 2000).

Box 2 contains a ledger containing the following vehicle information: unit number; serial number; year; make; description; customer; and invoice number.

Boxes 3 to 6 (part) contain photographic prints of Crestline vehicles sold to customers in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and the North-West Territories. The images depict Crestline sales representatives handing over the keys to customers along with interior and exterior views of the vehicles.

Box 6 also includes photographic prints of Crestline vehicles exported to customers in other countries as well as Crestline Coach buildings, offices, shop, CrestRide technology, and staff. Images of ambulances manufactured by Crestline are included, along with images of ambulances in various communities in Saskatchewan.

The electronic records consist mainly of scanned images of photographs of Crestline vehicles sold to customers across Canada; Crestline vehicles exported to customers in other countries; Crestline buildings, offices, shop, testing, and staff in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Advertising (ambulance, bus, limousine and hearse) and newspaper articles relating to Crestline are included.

The electronic records also include scanned documents and photographs relating to ambulance services in various villages, towns and cities across Saskatchewan. Records relating to Saskatchewan Road Ambulance Association; Saskatchewan Emergency Medical Services Association; North Central Ambulance Association; and emergency training are included.

Some of the photographic prints do not have a corresponding scanned image and some of the scanned images do not have a photographic print. All of the photographs have accompanying documents (available electronically in digital storage) that contain detailed information, including the vehicle unit number, year, make, manufacturer, and customer name/location.
