This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by the Lampman Rural Telephone Company (RTC) in providing telephone service to the Lampman and district area of Saskatchewan. Records include details of the companies that were amalgamated with the Lampman Rural Telephone Company and a small amount of material documents the transfer of service responsibilities to Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel).

The type of records included are ledgers, financial statements, stock certificates, meeting (annual, director's and board) minutes, receipt books, a small Centennial newspaper, maps and a photograph.
