A Short Biography by Sidney Merlin Spidell

Publication entitled, A Short Autobiography, written by Sidney Merlin Spidell of Regina, Saskatchewan. Born in Nova Scotia in 1900, Spidell relocated to the Mortlach, Saskatchewan region with his family in 1913. Spidell completed Normal School and taught at Czernowitz, Hillhead, Tipperary, Grandview and Central Butte school districts. Spidell then served as the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation Member in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan for the Morse constituency between 1944 and 1946. Spidell's retirement years were spent in the Fort Qu'Appelle region, Moose Jaw and Regina.

The file also contains a photocopied portrait of Spidell, and infomration pertaining to the family's coat of arms and genealogy.
