Records accumulated and used primarily by Audrey Shadbolt (nee Cross) as follows:

1) Volume of Ye Flame, the yearbook of Regina Central Collegiate Institute in Regina, Saskatchewan, for the 1945-46 school year. Audrey Cross and her husband, George Shadbolt, both attended Central Collegiate.

2) Records relating to the "Farewell to Central" Collegiate Reunion, held in Regina, Saskatchewan from June 27 to 29, 1986, including programmes, ticket stubs, informational leaflets, newspaper articles, and two copies of The Last Perroquet.

3) Volume of Blue to White, the yearbook published by the 1951 graduating class of the Regina General Hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan. Audrey Cross graduated from the Regina General Hospital's nursing school in 1952.

4) 8 photographs including image of members of Regina Boys Pipe Band standing on the steps of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building in Regina, 1933; an unidentified man, possibly the leader of the Regina Boys Pipe Band, standing with two trophies on a table beside him, ca. 1933; a group of unidentified girls, possibly standing in a school yard, 1955; group photograph of graduates of the Regina General Hospital Nursing School, ca. 1952; unidentified Regina General Hospital nursing students lighting candles, ca. 1952; and images of Walter Keogh "Snooks" Martin, a friend of Frank Cross who was killed in Egypt during active service in World War II.

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by executive members of the Regina Chapter of the Superannuated Teachers of Saskatchewan.

R-E4004 includes a history of the Superannuated Teachers of Saskatchewan, Regina Chapter, 1971-1993, researched and compiled by Dr. Eleanor Bujea, April 1994; a pamphlet relating to SELO Seniors Community Centre in Regina; a songbook compiled by Elsie Mironuck in 1995; and a booklet entitled In the Beginning...A History of the Venture of the Superannuated Teachers of Saskatchewan, Regina Chapter, into Co-operative Housing, written by Pat Blenkinsop, February 1995.

The records in collection R-971.1 date from 1962 to 1997 and include articles; constitutions; correspondence; financial records; 1983-84 honour roll; meeting minutes; programmes; reports; resolutions; and biographical information on Mike Kartusch; Frederick W. Greenough; Gail Stewart; Wilfred Walker; Evelyn Switzer; Sister Ursula Righetti; Kay Beveridge; and Marjorie Estella Spicer.

The records in collection R-1445.2 date from 1992 to 2001 and include minutes, reports, a revised history of the Regina Chapter updated in 2002; and financial records. R-1445.2, file 4 consists of a group photograph of seven unidentified men and one woman; and photographs of a bus tour to the Great Sand Hills, Eastend, Cypress Hills and Fort Walsh on June 2 and 3, 1999. Included is an exterior view of the Royal Saskatchewan Museum Eastend Fossil Research Station.

F 731, Box 1 includes minutes of executive and assembly meetings from 2003 to 2016; and records relating to two Saskatchewan Centennial Projects initiated in 2005: a booklet entitled Saskatchewan Centennial School Tales: Memories from the Retired Teachers of Saskatchewan; and a play performed at the Performing Arts Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan on October 5, 2005 entitled The Little Red School House: A Look Back in Time: One Hundred Years of Teaching in Saskatchewan. The booklet includes information on Moose Jaw Normal School; Donamar School; Croydon School; and biographical information on Madeline Runyan; Alex Youck; Jessie Cameron; and Clarence Cantril.

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by the Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 in Regina, Saskatchewan. The fonds includes student cumulative files, daily attendance registers, historical outlines and other records of Sacred Heart Academy; a sample of student cumulative files for various Catholic elementary schools; and a sample of student cumulative files for several Catholic high schools as follows: Miller Comprehensive; Marian; Dr. Martin LeBoldus; Michael A. Riffel; Archbishop O'Neill; and Sister McGuigan.

The collection includes textual records, photographs and sound recordings relating to the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee Choir (1955) and the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee Choir Centennial reunion (2005). Records relating to Scott Collegiate, Regina include Scott Echoes yearbooks for the 1952/53, 1953/54, 1954/55 and 1955/56 school years; the Special Reunion Edition of The Recorder, 1980; two ribbons for Forbes Day, 1955; and a programme, photograph and sound recording relating to the Scottettes choir in the 1950s.
