This series consists of records created, accumulated and used by the general manager, deputy general manager, assistant general manager and other executive staff of the Saskatchewan Power Corporation from ca. 1955 to 1979. Included in the series are records of general managers David Cass-Beggs (1955-1965); W.B. Clipsham (1965); D.B. Furlong (1965-1970); R.R. Keith (1970-1976); and F.G. Ursel (1976-1981).

The series consists of administrative and operational records related to the categories of Administration; Customer Relations; Courses and Seminars; Electric; Financial; Gas; Government; Industrial Relations; Legal; Resource Development; Personnel; Purchasing; and Taxation. It also includes records of Saskatchewan Power Corporation's participation in the Saskatchewan Water Resource Commission; the South Saskatchewan River Development Commission; the Saskatchewan Water Supply Board; the Canadian Electricity Association; the Canadian Gas Association; and the Canada West Foundation.
