Saskatchewan Co-operative Merit Awards programme, booklet, briefing notes

Booklet, programme and briefing notes pertaining to the Saskatchewan Co-operative Merit Awards ceremony, held October 30, 1981. The Awards were sponsored by the Saskatchewan Department of Co-operative and Co-operative Development. Recoginised with the Order of Merit for their co-operative achievements of a provincial nature were Dr. George W. Robertson, Dr. George Urwin, Dr. Wilson Parker, and Wilfred H. MacLeod. Those receiving a Certificate of Merit for co-operative achievements beneficial to their communities were David Alexander Cunningham, Donald G. Tullis, Dr. Clifford Whiting, Evald J. Hansen, Lorayne Janeson, and Cecil A. Robson. The booklet and briefing notes include biographical sketches of the aforementioned individuals. Also included in file is an undated poster entitled, Let's Celebrate Co-op Week.

New National Policy Political Association organizational documents

Records pertaining to the organization and incorporation of the New National Policy Political Association. Includes: declaration of registration of the Association under the provisions of The Benevolent Societies Act, October 26, 1920; London Guarantee & Accident Co. insurance policy re: bonding of employees, November 16, 1921; Railway Passengers Assurance Company contract for bonding of R.H. Milliken as Secretary-Treasurer of the Association, May 25, 1922; and certificate issued by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and the Deputy Provincial Secretary for the Province of Saskatchewan re: the change of name of the Association to the Saskatchewan Progressive Association, December 29, 1922.
