Others held prisoner by Riel, and later witnesses included: Harold E. Ross, Peter Tomkins, William Tomkins, T. E. Jackson, John W. Astley, George Ness, John B. Lash, Thomas Sanderson. Others that were held prisoner: C. M. Newitt, McKean, Woodcock, Wm. Henry Jackson.
