She was an amateur photographer and served as president of the Regina Guild of Colour Photography. She traveled extensively through the province, photographing wildlife, nature (flowers, moss, sunsets, lichen, fungus, clouds, mushrooms, etc.), buildings, rural and urban landscapes, and family members.
