Correspondence, minutes, speeches and clippings of the "On-To-The-Bay" Association, Southeastern Saskatchewan Division created and accumulated by Lt. Col. A.C. Garner, a member of the Association's executive. The Association lobbied, on behalf of western Canadians, for completion of the Hudson Bay Railway and Port of Churchill. It was succeeded by the Hudson Bay Route Association. The Southeastern Division office was located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
