Set in the sleepy, aging town of Conquest, Saskatchewan, Conquest centres around Pincer Bedier, a young French-Canadian banker who dreams of revitalizing the town, and Daisy McDonald, a young stranger to town whose car has broken down. Pincer and Daisy develop a romantic relationship and, together, invigorate the residents on the idea of a bright, prosperous future for the town.

Conquest was film on location in Davin, Mortlach and St. Joseph's, Saskatchewan.
