Publication entitled "McPhail Family House" written by Marjorie (McPhail) Currey for the Saskatchewan Women's Institute 75th Anniversary Provincial House Log Competition with additional information written by Marjorie Currey's daughter, Cathy Currey. The booklet contains information on the James Hugh McPhail family, who resided in the house on E1/2-18-46-15-W2 in the Leather River district. A photocopy of the story "The Bear Story" and excerpts from Flora Gould's diary relating to the Gould family's move from Saskatchewan to British Columbia in June 1919 are included.
