Tribute to Harold A. Longman

Compilation of news articles written by Harold A. (Hal) Longman. Longman was a reporter for the Maryfield News and The Leader-Post, Regina. He later served as provincial editor of The Leader-Post. The compilation was produced and published by Longman's family as a tribute to him after his death in 1972.

Photocopied scrapbook articles by Pat O'Dwyer, a columnist with the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix. O'Dwyer's column explored topics pertaining to Saskatoon and Saskatchewan. The scrapbook also contains a copy of an article by Tom Melville. This scrapbook was compiled by Saskatoon citizen, Joe Zeman, who was a personal friend of Pat O'Dwyer.

Reg Taylor, an autobiography published posthumously by the family of Walter Victor Reginald (Reg) Taylor (1897-1982), describing his youth in England, experiences in the First World War, emigration to Canada, and journalistic career with the Melville Advance, the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix and the Western Producer.
