Fonds includes records relating to Métis history, including: transcripts of oral history interviews relating to the Métis Society of Saskatchewan and to James Brady and Malcolm Norris; copies of archival information gathered for research from various archives; articles written by Dobbin for New Breed magazine; miscellaneous correspondence on Métis topics. The fonds also includes personal papers of Dobbin relating to democracy, the Pro Canada Network, CBC, CSIS, his freelance contracts; Northern Native Rights Committee, socialism, the WAFFLE movement in the New Democratic Party, and the Committee in Solidarity with Palestinians.
