The Lone Warrior farm was one of nine operated between 1924 and 1945 by the Fairway Farm Corporation to demonstrate the ideas of M.L. Wilson [of the Agricultural Economics Department of Montana State College] about agricultural organization, financing, and dry farming techniques.
