Drawings were prepared for the administrators of the sanatorium, the Saskatchewan Anti-Tuberculosis League. (15)-(32) drawings of the air ducts, bunkers, coal elevator, and coal handling plant, prepared by The Manitoba Bridge & Iron Works Ltd. of Winnipeg, Manitoba. (33)-(39) drawings of various aspects of the powerhouse, prepared by the United Conveyor Corp. of Canada, Ltd., and by A. R. Greig.

The complete set of drawings include: site plan; structural plans; floor plans; elevations and sections; details; electrical plans; and mechanical plans. Consulting engineers for the project were Douglas, Michalenko, Dupuis of Saskatoon.

Ceepee Bridge (later known as Borden Bridge) was constructed over the North Saskatchewan River between Saskatoon and the Battlefords in 1936.by R.J. Arrand Construction Company of Saskatoon with engineering / design by Chalmers Jack Mackenzie and Beverley A. Evans. The bridge opened in 1937 and closed in 1985.
