File also includes publication entitled, Clashed of Hudson Bay and North-West Companies, which includes a biography of John Pritchard and his career as a clerk with the North-West Company. Included with publication is correspondence from July 12, 1927 between R.W. Shannon, Legislative Council for the Government of Saskatchewan and John Hawkes, Legislative Librarian.

Also included in file is a photocopy of handwritten notes by Arthur Kelly of Rocanville, Saskatchewan pertaining to Métis leader Cuthbert Grant, and the Fort John massacre.
