Includes information on Albert and Eleanor Elizabeth (Evered) Cooper and family and Mona (Cooper) Jones' life in Moose Jaw, including her reminiscences of King Edward School, Ross Collegiate, and St. Michael's Church.

Copy of article entitled Guiding spans generations, submitted by E. (Betty) Collicott, life member and secretary-treasurer of the Moose Jaw Trefoil Guild, with information on Trefoil Guild member Mona Jones. The article was published in the April 2016 issue of Saskatchewan Prairie Lily.

This collection consists of various records accumulated and used by Leone (Munro) Hutch of Regina, Saskatchewan.

The collection includes textual records, photographs and sound recordings relating to the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee Choir (1955) and the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee Choir Centennial reunion (2005). Records relating to Scott Collegiate, Regina include Scott Echoes yearbooks for the 1952/53, 1953/54, 1954/55 and 1955/56 school years; the Special Reunion Edition of The Recorder, 1980; two ribbons for Forbes Day, 1955; and a programme, photograph and sound recording relating to the Scottettes choir in the 1950s.

This fonds consists of records accumulated by personnel of the Prairie South School Division No. 210. The records were created, accumulated and used by administrators of defunct school districts, school units and school divisions formerly located within the geographical boundaries of Prairie South School Division, including (but not limited to) Willow Bunch School Unit No. 4; Borderland School Unit No. 4; Gravelbourg School Unit No. 6; Moose Jaw School Division No. 1; and Thunder Creek School Division No. 78. The fonds includes records relating to schools in the City of Moose Jaw, as follows: Alexandra School; King George School; William Grayson School; and King Edward School. Researchers should search the file listing as not all geographical locations were entered into the place access points in this description.

The types of records included are correspondence; memoranda; cash books and other financial records; teachers' registers and lesson plans; budgets; inspectors' and superintendents' reports; photographs; plans; and a Union Jack flag in a wooden and glass frame originally displayed at King Edward School in Moose Jaw. The flag was lowered in 1965 and replaced with the newly designed Canadian flag.
