This series consists of records created, accumulated and used by plan9films, a television production company in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, in the process of their commercial and creative work. Clients include: Jason Plumb and the Willing; Jack Semple Band; Codie Prevost; Dakota Dunes Casino; Saskatchewan Credit Unions; Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation (STF); Saskatchewan Telecommunications Corporation (SaskTel); Saskatchewan Transportation Company (STC); Saskatchewan Power Corporation (SaskPower); VWAG (Vaughn Wyant Automotive Group, Saskatoon) and Work Safe Saskatchewan. Some footage was edited and finished, while other recordings appear more raw, covering various events, performances and interviews.

MI-13647 to MI-13648: 45 minute documentary entitled This Flat Earth: Cook Islands - The Children of Tangaroa, a pilot episode for television relating to the indigenous Maori people written and hosted by Seán Virgo. Produced and directed by Darryl Kesslar and edited by John S. Mills. Executive produced by Glen Kerby and Les Cantin. 2001.

MI-13649 to MI-13650: 1 hour of raw footage of a reading at McNally Robinson Bookstore in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan shot by plan9films likely in 2002. The reading was hosted by Seán Virgo and related to the Thistledown Press publication entitled The Eye in the Thicket, an anthology of essays on natural history. Footage includes readings by Trevor Herriott, Tim Lilburn, Davida Monk, and Lloyd Ratzlaff.

MI-13651 to MI-13663: raw footage of interviews conducted on September 5 and 6, 2008 by an unidentified female with various members of the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation who discuss their teaching careers, involvement with the STF and opinions on education in Saskatchewan. Interviewees include Lyle Vinish, Larry Young, Doug Willard, Wendelin (Wendel) Herle, Larry Lozinski, Carol Moen, Daniel Hargrove, Frank Garrity, Boyd Taylor, Dick Klippenstein, Heather Vermeersch, Gordon Merryfield, Gerry Cooke, Wayne Clements and Rudy Schellenberg.

MI-13664: DVD entitled Jason Plumb and the Willing: Alive and Willing, a live concert film shot at the Applause Theatre in the Regina Inn in Regina, Saskatchewan and produced by plan9films in 2011. The concert was performed by Jason Plumb and the Willing (Jason Plumb, Mike Thompson, Cody Gamracy, Gord Smith, Dan Silljer and Jeff McLeod) and featured The Broken Heart Strings.

MI-13665: DVD entitled Jack Semple Band live at Village Guitars featuring Regina musician Jack Semple and Dave Chabot, Steve Hoy and Andrew Glover recorded live in 2014 in front of an audience at Village Guitars And Amp Co. in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Directed and produced by Darryl Kesslar and John S. Mills of plan9films. Songs performed were Spankin', Lord Have Mercy, I Feel Like Cryin, Ragin River, Howlin, Peace Love and Happiness, Rainy Night in Georgia, Cryin' Fa Ya, Little Wing, and Domino.
