File no. 13 includes lists of books and periodicals purchased by the Prince Albert Public Library, information regarding expenditures, report of secretary-treasurer for 1899 and 1902, lists of members of original mechanics and literary institute (1899 and 1907) and correspondence regarding grants from the Department of Education.
