"Roll-Call in the Rockies" depicts some mountain wildlife including Montain Goats, Deer, and Bears. "Zoo Comes to Class" shows a number of exotic animals in a classroom setting with children. "It's a Dog's Life" tells about the operations of the Canadian Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Several prairie farmhouses are showcased to show people how they can transform a windswept group of buildings into a comfortable living space. Includes scenes of the Dominion Experimental Farm and the Forestry Nursery Station, both at Indian Head, where people can obtain trees and bushes to plant on their farms.
