Regina Cemetery Walking Tours guide booklets

Copies of the guide booklets for Tour 1 and Tour 2 of the Regina Cemetery Walking Tour published by Regina Ethnic Pioneers Cemetery Walking Tour Inc. Tour 1 was entitled City Founding Fathers. Tour 2 was entitled Multicultural. The booklets include biographical information and photographs of individuals and photographs of their headstones. The Multicultural booklet features individuals of Russian, Scottish, Serbian, Swedish, Swiss, Ukrainian, Welsh, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Lebanese/Syrian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian and New Zealand ancestry.

Who's Who Classified Business Directory for Regina for 1939 and Reference Handbook, Regina City, 1949 are located in file 27. File 56 contains a history of Luther College in Regina from 1955. File 27 contains publications entitled Regina Directory for 1885; and Regina Leader-Post 1939 "Who's Who" Classified Business Directory. File 49 includes the January 1915 issue of a publication entitled Construction featuring Regina. File 236 relates to the MacDonald Memorial Fund.

Files 70, 71 and 72 deal with Pile O'Bones (Regina). File 50 contains The On to Ottawa Trek, by Victor Hoar. File 61 includes an article by Jack Fairley on Richard Henry Williams entitled The Story of a Pioneer (Christmas in Regina, 1919, pg. 6).

File 25h includes historical information regarding the organization, erection and proposed financing of Wascana Badminton Club (later in 1934 changed to Wascana Winter Club with addition of skating facilities).

File 20 includes a booklet on Saint Basil the Great Ukrainian Catholic Parish in Regina, Saskatchewan compiled in 1975 to commemorate the parish's 50th anniversary. The booklet is mainly written in Ukrainian with some English and was edited by Bohdan Kazymyra, F. Nakonechny and E. Shtendera. 302 p.

Includes contracts and specifications for the construction of the sewage disposal works and storm water and sanitary trunk serews and supplying of field boulders for use in percolating filters, 1910. Includes publication issued by the Regina Committee for Rail Passenger Service, April 1976, that explains the aims, activities and views of the Committee regarding rail passenger service in Canada, Saskatchewan and Regina.

Includes articles written by May Neal and published in The Leader-Post, Regina and a publication edited by May Neal entitled 50 Years of Progress: Regina, Queen City of the Plains, 1903-1953 (file 71.39). May Neal (née Whiteford) was married to W.F. Neal.
