Views of the official opening of the headquarters for the Wheatland Regional Library at Saskatoon, held on February 10, 1968. The headquarters, located in the lower level of the newly-opened main branch of the Saskatoon Public Library, was the third regional library to be established in Saskatchewan. Hon. J.C. (Cliff) McIsaac, Minister of the Saskatchewan Department of Education, addressed the audience (01) and, with chief librarian Heather Harbord, cut the official ribbon to open the headquarters (02, 04).
