Personal series

This series consists of Bohdan Kazymyra's personal records. Included are blank postcards collected by Kazymyra mainly depicting buildings in Austria, France, Germany and Poland and Ukrainian Catholic churches mainly in Canada, the United States of America and Australia. Also included are holy pictures, prayer cards and Kazymyra's certificates, diplomas, awards, passports and other travel and immigration documents and records of Canadian citizenship.

This series consists of a small volume of records relating to Bohdan Kazymyra's daughter, Nadia Kazymyra. Postcards written by Bohdan Kazymyra to Elizabeth Dorota prior to their marriage in 1950 are included. Photographs of Bohdan Kazymyra and his family are located in the Photographs series (F 196-9).

Sound Recordings series

This series consists of sound recordings in English and Ukrainian accumulated and used by Bohdan Kazymyra. The sound recordings consist mainly of musical recordings and interviews.

Item is a commercially produced tape entitled Journey of Faith: Ukrainian Millenium, produced by Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate, Toronto, Canada, recorded at Sounds Interchange, Toronto, Canada. Side A consists of Ukrainian language music, and side B consists of English language music. Labelling and cover jacket is in both Ukrainian and English. Lyrics available in the cover jacket.

Item contains two tracks consisting of interviews for the Ukrainian section of Canadian Broadcasting Corporation Radio International. Track one is an interview given by Bohdan Kazymyra with Bohdan Panchuk in Montreal when Kazymyra was returning from the Canadian Library Association's Annual Meeting in St. John's, Newfoundland, 1969. Track two is an interview led by Kazymyra in Edmonton, Alberta, on the occasion of the 50th Anniversary of the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan, with Bohdan Panchuk and Hilariy Bociurkiw, 1955.
