Tape R-10367 is an undated sound recording of an unidentified member of the Canadian Peace Congress making a statement explaining the Congress's purpose and aims. Tape R-10368 is a sound recording of an address by Dr. James G. Endicott to an audience in Regina, Saskatchewan on the USSR's position on various topics related to world peace.

The records relate to Anderson's activities as secretary and director of research for the federal Royal Commission on Transportation. Records relating to Anderson's activities as an administrator and professor at the University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus and the University of Regina are also included.
