This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by A.C. Kolb of Herbert, Saskatchewan. The fonds includes an invitation to the Canadian Postmasters' Association banquet in 1931; an undated poem written by Kolb; clippings from various newspapers relating to postmasters, including Kolb (1922-1929); documents relating to Kolb's land ownership (1905-1924) and a copy of the cover of the memorial booklet for his funeral in 1937. The fonds also includes photographs, taken mainly by Kolb and relating to Herbert, Moose Jaw and Swift Current.

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by A. Clare Hume of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan relating mainly to his involvement with the Saskatchewan Boys' Work Board. The fonds includes "Group Games for use in church, school and home", published by the National Boys' Work Board of the Religious Education Council of Canada; a letter written to the Saskatchewan Archives Board by Hume with information on the Saskatchewan Boys' Work Board (1974); and "A Brief History of Teacher Education in Saskatchewan. A Review of Teacher Training in Saskatchewan with Special Reference to the Needs and Interests of the Education Review Committee of 1973", compiled by Hume in March 1973. The fonds also includes photographs relating to the Sixth Tuxis Boys' Parliament (1928) and Wakonda Camp operated by Saskatchewan Boys' Work Board (1929).

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by A.W. Davey as a civil servant with the Government of Saskatchewan and as a freelance visual artist in Regina, Saskatchewan. Included are examples of his artistic works that were published in various Government of Saskatchewan publications, brochures, programmes and ephemera and on maps and illuminated scrolls. Davey's logo designs for the Saskatchewan Golden Jubilee Committee (1955) and the Saskatchewan Diamond Jubilee and Canada Centennial Corporation (1965) also comprise part of the records. A small volume of records of Davey's years as an art student, and his work as an art instructor and artist are included in the fonds.

Additionally, a small volume of records was created and accumulated by A.W Davey's son, Keith Davey. It includes biographical notes on A.W. Davey, information relating to the sale of an Historic Saskatchewan map, and correspondence of the commercial use of A.W. Davey's works posthumously.
