Starting in Superior-Duluth, they travel to Manitoba and Saskatchewan where co-op enterprises are examined along the way. The tour arrives in Regina for the National Convention of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (CCF), and meets such persons as Frank Scott, David Lewis, M.J. Goldwell, Sam Watson and T.C. Douglas. Regina scenes include downtown buildings and Saskatchewan Wheat Pool employees on their tennis courts. Also contains scenes of Moose Jaw, Davidson and Saskatoon.
