Item is a photo reproduction of a sheet (appearing to promote immigration to Canada) that includes a photograph showing a trainload of settlers from the United States upon their arrival in Winnipeg. Some settlers are shown standing and sitting atop the rail cars with others standing beside the cars, two persons are seated on adjacent rails. Ten of the rail cars have banners affixed to their side; caption below the image identifies the slogans that were used.

None of the officers or civilians are identified. Includes images taken at F Division in Regina, Saskatchewan including an aerial view of the site and an exterior view of the RCMP Chapel in winter. Modes of transportation depicted include airplanes; helicopters; Harley-Davidson motorcycles; snowmobiles (ski-doo); boats and squad cars. A few of the images were taken by the Government of Saskatchewan Photographic Services agency.
