Awards series

The series consists of minutes, correspondence and reports relating to E.K. Turners involvement with various awards programs, primarily the Saskatchewan Awards of Merit /Order of Merit program. The Saskatchewan Order of Merit is the province's highest distinction - similar to the Order of Canada but on a provincial level. Turner served on several committees relating to this and other awards between 1986 and 2001.

Bioriginal is a Saskatchewan based nutritional supplement company formed in 1993 through an amalgamation of Vitality Health and Science Corp. and PGE Canada Ltd. They are a world leader in the production of essential oils for the health food industry with borage serving as the primary source. Turner served as director during the 1990's.
