Photocopies of reports, letters, newspaper articles pertaining to Louis P. McNamee, one of the founding members of the United Farmers of Canada. Also included is an audiotape recording of a broadcast of CBC radio's "Counterpoint" from the early 1970s, including an interview with McNamee's son and daughter, Frank McNamee and Margaret Neojelski (Tape S-1492). This material was collected by Terry Pugh, who has an interest in the career of Mr. McNamee.

Chapter titles are as follows: Early Childhood (1878-1894); Five Years in British Columbia (1894-1899); Woodstock College and First Mission Field (1899-1903); McMaster University, Toronto (1903-1910); The European Tour (1907); Ten Years an Ordained Baptist Minister (1910-1919); Five Years Studying Law in Melville (1920-1924); Twenty Years in Law Practice in Pelly (1924-1944); Twelve Years with the Saskatchewan CCF Government (1944-1956); A Winter in the Sunny South (1956-1957); and Retirement. Telford, a clergyman and lawyer, was born in 1878 and died in 1963.

Letters from Professor Hilda Neatby of the History Department at the University of Saskatchewan, to Mollie Cameron, dated January, February and April 1975 (months just prior to Neatby's death.) Also, correspondence in 1983 between Mollie Cameron and Professor Michael Hayden, who wrote a biography of Professor Neatby. Professor Hayden encouraged Cameron to donate her letters from Neatby to the Saskatchewan Archives.
