Original letter dated 3 June 1944 by Stefan (Steve) Hancharyk written two days before his death in France, to his brother, Alex Hancharyk in Ruddell, SK; colour photocopies of photographs: Steve in his tank; in his military uniform; of his gravesite in Bretteville-sur-Laize, France; a copy of a postcard sent by Steve from the town where he was billeted (Bretteville-sur-Laize); and a copy of a programme from a memorial service in England in honour of the D-Day invasion, 1984.
