Tape R-10367 is an undated sound recording of an unidentified member of the Canadian Peace Congress making a statement explaining the Congress's purpose and aims. This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by Ray Crone in pursuit of his personal interests and hobbies. The records, which date from 1910 to 2003, relate mainly to aviation and the aircraft industry, potash, telephone service in Saskatchewan, and the Western Development Museum.

The fonds includes sound recordings recorded from 1979 to 1982 of the reminiscences of Ray Crone of Regina; Ed Matheson of Regina; and Graham Campbell of Delta, British Columbia. The three men served in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Squadron 162 during World War II and recall the incident which resulted in the Victoria Cross being awarded to Flight Lieutenant David E. Hornell (reference codes Tape R-8177 to Tape R-8178).

The records relate to the administrative and operational records of the Globe's staff, including those of: artistic directors Kenneth Kramer (1966-1990), Sue Kramer (1966-1978), Susan Ferley (1990-1998) and Ruth Smillie (1998-1999); and employees responsible for the company's administration and management, marketing and public relations, educational programming, technical direction, costume design, and box office management. As well, records relate to the theatrical productions presented throughout the Globe's history. Also included are records of the board of directors of the Globe Theatre Society, the non-profit corporation associated with the theatre company.

Conquest series

This series consists of records relating to Conquest, a feature film produced by Shaftesbury Films, Heartland Motion Pictures and Greenpoint Films. Directed by Piers Haggard, the film was shot on location in Davin, Mortlach and St. Joseph's, Saskatchewan. The cast includes Lothaire Bluteau, Tara Fitzgerald, Monique Mercure, David Fox, Eugene Lipinski and Daniel Macdonald. The film was produced by Stephen Onda and Christina Jennings and written by Rob Forsyth.

The film was produced with the participation of Canada Television and Cable Production Fund, Telefilm Canada and SaskFilm. The film was produced in association with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and was the winner of the Best Canadian Film Award at the 1998 Atlantic Film Festival. In 1999, Monique Mercure won the Genie Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance as Grace Gallagher. Conquest has been shown on the Showtime network in the United States.

Records relating to this production include copies of the broadcast master; behind the scenes interviews; a poster and rough cuts.

Western Christian College fonds

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by Radville Christian College and its successor, Western Christian College (later known as Western Christian College and High School) in its daily administration and operations primarily as a bible college and high school. Locations of the school included: Radville, Saskatchewan (1945-1957); North Weyburn, Saskatchewan (1957-1989); Dauphin, Manitoba (1989-2003) and Regina, Saskatchewan (2003-2012). The fonds includes the records of bible schools held at Minton, Ogema and Radville that preceded the establishment of Radville Christian College. It also includes records accumulated and used by the school that pertain to the history and doctrine of the Churches of Christ in western Canada. Additionally, records of the school's board of directors are included in the fonds.

R-E1492 consists of a copy of Radburn's Memoirs, a history of Radville Christian College and Western Christian College (1945-1970) written by Lillian M. Torkelson. R-E2153 consists of copies of the school's Northern Lights yearbooks for 1962-63 and 1963-64.

Western Christian College, 1945-2012

Radville / Western Christian College series

This series consists of operational and administrative records created, accumulated and used by Radville Christian College (1945-1957) and its successor, Western Christian College (1957-2012). The series also consists of records related to the school's student government, its alumni association and women's service club. A small volume of records related to the summer and winter bible schools held at Radville, Ogema and Minton in the 1930s and 1940s is also included in the series. Additionally, a small volume of records created and accumulated by Lillian Torkelson, a long-time Radville/Western teacher, principal and alumni association chairperson, is included in the series.

The types of records included in the series are: yearbooks; school newsletters and newspapers; school histories; publications; newspaper clippings; student handbooks; programmes; invitations; school catalogues; constitutions and by-laws; correspondence of the school's presidents; event planning files; audio recordings of the school's choral groups and Lectureship keynote speakers; moving image records of graduations, athletic competitions and other school events; school records and class lists; student government meeting minutes; fabric preaching charts; a commemorative school stamp and coin; an oversize scrapbook; guest books; photographs of alumni events and those used for publicity; and digital photographic, textual, audio, video and multi-media records.
