Copy negatives of charts created by the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Transportation, pertaining to: reported single vehicle accidents in which the collision occurred off the roadway in 1964; reported roadside obstacles struck in 1964; fatal single vehicle ditch collisions between 1962 and 1965; incidents on 4-lane divided highways; a winter ditch incident study, conducted between November 1966 and April 1967; reported rural provincial highway accidents in 1964; and reported single vehicle accidents in which the vehicle left the roadway before a collision in 1964.

Copy negative of image showing the scroll, issued by the Saskatchewan Department of Natural Resources, commemorating the memory of Rfn. Frank Edward Matyas Jr., R.C. Army and the naming of Matyas Lake in his memory. Rfn. Matyas, originally from Lemberg and a member of the 1st Battalion, Regina Rifle Regiment, was killed in action in France on June 9, 1944 during the Second World War. The naming of Matyas Lake was certified by the Canadian Permanent Committee on Geographical Names, and adopted by the Department of Natural Resources on May 1, 1958. The scroll was presented to Rfn. Matyas' father.
