Biographical sketch on Dr. Maurice M. Seymour. Seymour was a surgeon during the Riel Rebellion, the first appointed Commissioner of Public Health and an organizer of the Saskatchewan Medical Association. He was also an active member of the Anti-Tuberculosis League and was named the Canadian representative to the League of Nations committee in 1923.
