Documentary: This film documents the 1946 automobile tour by the co-operative members from twelve states. Starting in Superior-Duluth, they travel to Manitoba and Saskatchewan where co-op enterprises are examined along the way. The tour arrives in Regina for the National Convention of the Cooperative Commonwealth Federation (CCF), and meets such persons as Frank Scott, David Lewis, M.J. Goldwell, Sam Watson and T.C. Douglas. Regina scenes include downtown buildings and Saskatchewan Wheat Pool employees on their tennis courts. Also contains scenes of Moose Jaw, Davidson and Saskatoon.
Documentary: A program about the size of the Saskatchewan provincial debt, how the debt was accumulated and its effect on the the economy of the province. Includes portions of interviews with Davey Steuart, Grant Devine, Ralph Goodale, Russ McPherson, Barbara Byers and Al Johnson and archival footage of Tommy Douglas and Ross Thatcher.

Includes sound recordings relating to other New Democratic Party (NDP) politicians, including T.C. Douglas; Eiling Kramer; John Bulloch; and Woodrow S. Lloyd. Includes sound recordings of the public hearings of the Hall Commission, established to examine the administrative structure of the University of Saskatchewan and the reform of the post-secondary education system in Saskatchewan in 1973. The commission was led by former Chief Justice of Saskatchewan Emmett Hall.
