Series of four digital copies of original photographs taken by W.L. West on November 1, 1928 of: (1) the exterior of the Army & Navy Department Store located at 229 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; (2) the exterior of the Army & Navy Department Store located at 1810-11th Avenue, Regina, while under construction; (3) the exterior of the Qu'Appelle apartment building located at 2105 Hamilton Street, Regina, while under construction; and (4) the exterior of the Queen City Cleaners and Dyers building located at 1720-12th Avenue, Regina, while under construction. All buildings were constructed by Hipperson Construction Ltd.

Drawings for Parkview Place, located at 2220 College Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, for the Saskatchewan Department of Education. Drawings were prepared by Pettick Phillips Partners Architects Ltd. and used by Hipperson Construction Ltd. Includes: floor plans for the main, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th floors; millwork details; mechanical; and lighting and electrical. Included with rolled drawings is a project contract book. Scales include 1:100, 1:20, and 1:50.
