Celebrate Saskatchewan opening ceremonies and festivities in Regina from September 1st to 4th, 1980. Album of photographs includes speeches by dignitaries and entertainment by various performers at Victoria Park, a ceremony at the Legislative Building and the Diamond Jubilee Dinner and dance at the Saskatchewan Centre of the Arts.
