Included is a sound recording of Premier Allan Blakeney speaking to delegates to the 1974 Saskatchewan NDP convention. Blakeney answers questions relating to the raising of the minimum wage, construction of a noodle factory, possibilities of an election in 1975, and relations with the federal government (reference code Tape R-9787).
