These are the records of the Coal Administration Branch of the Department of Natural Resources. They include: general files; mine inspection files; coal mine files; managers pit boss's and miners certificates, coal operators montly statements; coal leases; and indexes. Most of the collection is textual, but a number of the coal mine maps, leases, and regulations documents have been digitized.

This government series consists of records created, accumulated and used by the Special Committee on the Provincial Auditor in Saskatchewan. The Committee was formed to examine the role and responsibilities of the Provincial Auditor and its function within the Public Accounts Committee, and to make recommendations thereon. The records were accumulated between May and October, 1978.

The types of records included are: correspondence; documents tabled; minutes; questionnaire replies; research materials; and working papers. No Final Report was created as the Committee died upon the dissolution of the Eighteenth Legislature on September 19, 1978.

This series consists of documents of office relating to cabinet ministers, associate ministers and legislative secretaries to ministers who served in the Twelfth Ministry of the Government of Saskatchewan under Premier Donald Grant Devine, from May 8, 1982 to November 1, 1991. The types of records included are as follows: original signed oaths of office; Recommendations from the Premier to the Executive Council; letters of appointment; original signed oaths of allegiance; original signed oaths taken by Members of the Executive Council of Saskatchewan; copies of related correspondence; and copies of letters of resignation.

This series consists of a sample of Saskatchewan Assistance Plan (SAP) case files created and used primarily by staff of the Social Services Division of the Department of Northern Saskatchewan (but also the Department of Social Services, the Department of Welfare, and the Department of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation) between 1954 and 1982. Department staff created these files in the provision of financial assistance through the Saskatchewan Assistance Plan (prior to 1966 known as Social Aid) to residents of Saskatchewan in accordance to The Saskatchewan Assistance Act (and its predecessor enactment, The Social Aid Act). The series also consists of a small volume of Old Age Security Supplemental Allowance (OASSA) case file records. The OASSA program was discontinued in 1968 at which time recipients received assistance from the SAP and the federal Old Age Security Program.

This series consists of Cabinet Document Nos. 7770 to 12094 created by the Executive Council of Saskatchewan during the tenure of Premier Lorne Calvert. The documents cover the period February 8, 2001 to November 20, 2007. An index is available in Box 97.
