This series consists of administrative and operational records created, accumulated and used by the Chairman of the Saskatchewan Liquor Board from its inception in 1925 to 1974. Also included in the series are petitions from residents of various communities throughout Saskatchewan on issues relating to the legalization of liquor licensing, as well as correspondence to the Chairman, organized by the numbered district system used by the Board.

This series consists of a sample of Saskatchewan Assistance Plan (SAP) case files created and used primarily by staff of the Social Services Division of the Department of Northern Saskatchewan (but also the Department of Social Services, the Department of Welfare, and the Department of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation) between 1954 and 1982. Department staff created these files in the provision of financial assistance through the Saskatchewan Assistance Plan (prior to 1966 known as Social Aid) to residents of Saskatchewan in accordance to The Saskatchewan Assistance Act (and its predecessor enactment, The Social Aid Act). The series also consists of a small volume of Old Age Security Supplemental Allowance (OASSA) case file records. The OASSA program was discontinued in 1968 at which time recipients received assistance from the SAP and the federal Old Age Security Program.

The types of records in this series include: anecdotal client summary reports by staff; applications for assistance; transient aid authorization forms; applications for temporary health care coverage; declaration of circumstances forms; public assistance assessments; trustee's agreement forms; requisitions for goods and services; face sheets; client index registrations; means test decision sheets; file allotment slips; memoranda; and correspondence.

This series consists of records created, accumulated and used by the Regina headquarters of the Saskatchewan Veterans' Civil Security Corps from 1940 to 1945. Records appear to represent files maintained by Corps General Staff Officer J.F. McKay and by Corps Commandants Alex Ross (1940-1943) and Alfred G. Styles (1943-1945). A small amount of records in this series represent the activities of J.F. McKay as secretary of the Saskatchewan Civil Defence Committee.

This series consists of records that pertain to Corps headquarters' activities such as: Corps intelligence operations and investigations; training; expense payments; producing circulars and standing orders; personnel; registration of firearms; recruitment; and liaising with similar organizations as well as provincial and Federal officials.

The types of records included are correspondence, memoranda, expense claims and account statements, gasoline rationing coupon claims, newsletters and circulars, company and battalion strength reports, intelligence investigation summaries and questionnaires, contact lists, membership application forms, routine and standing orders and directives, training plans and exercises, emergency response duties and plans (including guard duty, bomb disposal, and air raid precautions), newspaper clippings, payment vouchers, receipts, press releases, radio addresses and speeches, blank training certificates, personnel updates, posters, and maps.

This series consists of documents of office relating to cabinet ministers, associate ministers and legislative secretaries to ministers who served in the Twelfth Ministry of the Government of Saskatchewan under Premier Donald Grant Devine, from May 8, 1982 to November 1, 1991. The types of records included are as follows: original signed oaths of office; Recommendations from the Premier to the Executive Council; letters of appointment; original signed oaths of allegiance; original signed oaths taken by Members of the Executive Council of Saskatchewan; copies of related correspondence; and copies of letters of resignation.

This series consists of records relating to Two-Gun Cohen, a documentary series. Morris Abraham "Two-Gun" Cohen, was a British adventurer of Jewish origin who became aide-de-camp to Sun Yat-sen and a major-general in the Chinese National Revolutionary Army. Cohen came to Wapella, Saskatchewan in the early 1900s to work on a farm and also resided in Saskatoon, where he was allied with the Chinese community. Cohen also served time in the Prince Albert Penitentiary for pickpocketing.

The documentary was produced by Heartland Motion Pictures Inc. for Faces II Productions Inc. Written and directed by Leif Storm and Gordon McLennan, the documentary was narrated by Patrick Watson and includes archival stills and footage and interview segments with Gerald Clark (brother in-law); Dr. Anthony Chan (author and historian); and Brian Evans (historian).

Records relating to this production include a copy of the broadcast master and the rough cut.

This series consists of records relating to The Sky is the Limit, a television documentary on economic growth in Saskatchewan produced in 2012 by Stephen Onda Productions Inc. The documentary was written, directed and produced by Stephen Onda and filmed on location in Saskatchewan. It was produced in association with the Canada Media Fund and Rogers Broadcasting Limited and with the financial participation of the SaskFilm and Video Development Corporation, the Saskatchewan Film Employment Tax Credit and the Canadian Film or Video Production Tax Credit.

The documentary includes interviews and is divided into segments on various topics as follows: the Mosaic potash mine at Esterhazy, Saskatchewan and the construction of the K3 mine; Ryan and Lauren Maurer and family, who own and operate Land and Sky Grains Inc. near Grenfell, Saskatchewan; the Saskatchewan Power Corporation's Boundary Dam Electrical Project and Carbon Capture and Storage Project; Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan Vaughn Solomon Schofield and the centennial of the construction of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building in Regina in 2012; industry in northern Saskatchewan including the Areva uranium mine at McLean Lake and the Claude Resources Seabee gold mine; the Richardson Oil Seed Ltd. canola crushing plant in Yorkton; and the importance of the arts and culture and their contribution to Saskatchewan's economic growth.

Records relating to this production include a DVD copy of the finished product; hard copy of the publicity material and electronic records in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel consisting of a synopsis, log line, resumes, credits and cue sheets along with 67 JPEG images.

This series consists of records relating to an industrial production produced by Framework Productions Inc. for Ralph McKay Canada Ltd., an agricultural machinery manufacturing company in Regina, Saskatchewan. Records include a fine cut of footage showing the manufacturing of bolt-on chisel plow (field cultivator shovels) at Ralph McKay (Canada) Ltd. Original camera footage of several stages of the manufacturing process and shots of the McKay logo are included.

This series consists of records relating to Finn on the Fly, a feature film for families in which Finn, a boy's dog, drinks a secret potion concocted by a mad scientist and becomes human. Directed by Mark Jean, the film stars Ana Gasteyer, Brandon Firla, Matthew Knight, David Milchard, Wendy Anderson and Ryan Belleville. The film, shot on location in Regina and Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, was produced by Amaze Film + Television in association with Stephen Onda Productions Inc.

Records relating to this production include a DVD of the finished film for home entertainment use; a colour photograph of the crew; and business records including agreements, funding applications, schedules, and budgets.

This series consists of records relating to Nothing is Forever, a documentary on soil conservation in Saskatchewan presented by Saskatchewan Agriculture and produced by Framework Productions Inc. The documentary outlines the causes of soil erosion (wind erosion, water erosion, loss of organic matter and salinity) and outlines some soil conservation practices, such as conservation tillage and crop rotation.
