This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used in the operation of CJFB-TV television station in Swift Current, Saskatchewan from 1940 to 2006.

The types of records included are video cassettes and video reels of locally produced television shows, featuring interview segments, file footage, locally developed advertisements and programming, and news coverage; personal items of the Forst family related to their broadcast activities, including textual records, objects, and audio discs related to station activities and Forst Radio, active during the 1940s in Vegreville, Alberta; audio reels related to programming; and station-related textual records including applications, licenses, inspections, user manuals, promotional and production activities, maps, architectural and technical drawings of the station and transmitters.

Correspondence and Silcox's notes containing her comments and suggested corrections and revisions accompany the manuscripts. Also included is correspondence with the Executive Director of the Cultural Activities Branch, with the Cultural Conservation Co-ordinator and concerning the Moose Mountain Uplands Oral History Project and the Carlyle Community Profile.
