Canadian Good Roads Association meeting

Views of a meeting of the Canadian Good Roads Association, Regina chapter, held at Regina on July 25, 1968. Special guests at the meeting were Stephen Pyke and G.W. Gilchrist, president and managing director of the Canadian Good Roads Association, respectively. Others in attendance included: Hon. David Boldt, Minister of the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Transportation; the president of the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association; the president of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities; and representatives of the Saskatchewan Motor Club and the Prairie Road Builders Association.

Computers in Education conference

Views of a Computers in Education conference, held at Miller Composite High School (later known as Miller Comprehensive Catholic High School) located at 1027 College Avenue, Regina, on June 12, 1968. The conference was hosted by the Business Administration Department of the University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus and aimed to increase awareness of the role of computer technology in the educational process.
