The school was part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. Published by Eagle Butte Press Ltd, the book includes additional information on the Harvard and Avro Anson aircraft and on bases in Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan, including the names of individuals who died during training at the No. 39 Service Flying Training School at Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
