This fonds consists mainly of records created, accumulated and used by Gordon B. Grant in his political career as Minister of Telephones; Minister of Public Health; Minister Responsible for Saskatchewan Power Corporation; member of the Saskatchewan Archives Board; chairman of Saskair and member of the Liberal Party of Saskatchewan.

Small volumes of records created by Allan Blakeney (1962-1964) and David Steuart (1964-1966) as Minister of Public Health are included. Records created by Alexander Cameron as Minister of Telephones are also included.

The types of public records included are correspondence, memoranda, reports, publications, speeches, interviews, agendas and minutes, press releases, directives, budget preparation documentation, conference materials, newspaper clippings and photographs.

This fonds contains public, political and private records.

Private records include a copy of "Ye Flame", the 1926-26 yearbook for Central Collegiate Institute in Regina and a sound recording of Grant being interviewed in 1984 by Penny Malone. The interview was done for The Liberal Party of Saskatchewan - The Ross Thatcher Years Oral History Project and focuses on Grant's personal life and political career. Also included are photographs, including some relating to the territorial period possibly taken by Oliver B. Buell.

This fonds consists mainly of records created, accumulated and used from 1964 to 1966 by David Steuart in his political career as Minister of Public Health. Records created by Allan Blakeney as Minister of Public Health (1962-1964) are included in this fonds.

Public and private records are contained in this fonds. The types of public records included are correspondence, memoranda, reports, publications, speeches, agendas, press releases, directives, and conference materials. There is also a sound recording of an address delivered by David Steuart at the testimonial dinner for the Provincial Liberal Convention on December 9, 1976 (Tape R-9072).

Private records include scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings and other memorabilia dating from 1951 to 1983 chiefly concerning Steuart's political career at the municipal, provincial and federal levels (Micro. R-2.933), and sound recordings of an interview conducted by Penny Malone which includes comments on Steuart's personal life, his political history, and the Liberal Party (Tape R-9150 to Tape R-9162). Also included is a sound recording of the ceremonies at a testimonial dinner for David Steuart on December 9, 1976. Cyril (Cy) MacDonald was the Master of Ceremonies; introduction given by Sid Buckwold; Dave Steuart was speaker; with remarks by Jack Wiebe, Linda Clifford, John Embury, M. Pereverzoff and Otto Lang (reference code Tape R-9072).

Records created by Allan Blakeney as Minister of Education are also included. A small volume of Turnbull's personal records, relating mainly to his farming operation, are included.
