The interview was done for The Liberal Party of Saskatchewan - The Ross Thatcher Years Oral History Project and focuses on Grant's personal life and political career. Also included are photographs, including some relating to the territorial period possibly taken by Oliver B. Buell.

This fonds consists mainly of records created, accumulated and used from 1964 to 1966 by David Steuart in his political career as Minister of Public Health. Records created by Allan Blakeney as Minister of Public Health (1962-1964) are included in this fonds.

Also included is a sound recording of the ceremonies at a testimonial dinner for David Steuart on December 9, 1976.
