Documentary: This film looks at the grasslands region of southern Saskatchewan being proposed as the 29th national park of Canada. It describes fauna and flora of the proposed area and issues of concern, to people who live in the area, that relate to the setting up of the park. Includes scenes of the town of Mankota, ranching actvities, close up shots of many of the plants and animals that inhabit the area and many of the different types of landforms in the proposed park region.
