Collegiate Outlook

Four issues of Collegiate Outlook, published under the auspices of the Literary Society of Moose Jaw Collegiate Institute in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Includes issues for February 1917; Easter 1919; November 1919; and June 1920. The Easter 1919 issue includes an honor roll of students killed in action, wounded and enlisted.

Another Garland from the Front

Excerpts from the publication entitled, Another Garland from the Front (issues Mark III and Mark IV), a year book of the 5th Canadian Battalion (Western Cavalry) Saskatchewan Regiment, also known as the Red Saskatchewans. The 5th Battalion was originally comprised of: the 12th Manitoba Dragoons; 16th Light Horse, Saskatchewan; 27th Light Horse Saskatchewan; 29th Light Horse Saskatchewan; 30th British Columbia Horse; 31st British Columbia Horse; 35th Central Alberta Horse; and the Corps of Guides. Includes listings of honours, awards and distinctions presented to Battalion members.

Towards a New Past, Volume I: Sweet Grass Transcripts

Publication entitled, Towards a New Past, Volume I: Sweet Grass Transcripts, which contains stories from the River People of the Plains Cree Nation who live or have lived on the Sweet Grass Reserve, including Antoine Lonesinger, Andrew Swimmer, Eli Pooyak, Marie Osecap, and Annie Whitecalfe [sp?]. Also included are stories from Emma Oxebin of the Red Pheasant Reserve, and Mrs. Marion Dillon, Pierre Harper, and Francis Harper of the Seekascootch [sp?] Reserve. Published by the Government of Saskatchewan Department of Culture and Youth.
