Scope and content

Exterior view of Frederick G. England residence at 2700 McCallum Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. The 2 1/2 story house was built by McKenzie and Weaver, contractors, on lots 22 and 25, Block 566, City Building Permit No. 203 dated April 28, 1921.

Fred England was the founder and owner of England's Jewelry Store. The England family sold the house in 1939 and it was divided into suites and named the Devon Court Apartments.
