[Beth Anne Spacinsky Family History collection]

File consists of two family histories The Fazekas family Tree, ca. 1721-2005; and The Horhauzer Family Tree, ca. 1756-2005 and a DVD entitled Ancestors, Life History & Descendents of Balazs and Maria Fazekas]. Both families came from Hungary and settled in the Esterhazy area of Saskatchewan.

Steve Mario, a farmer born in 1888, recalls his childhood experiences on a farm near Esterhazy, commenting about school, church, harvest, farming methods and entertainment. He speaks of World War I, the Regina Riot in 1935, and his work as a boiler engineer in Regina.
