Item is an audio cassette recording made by Earle Mireau of telephone conversations with four segments on side A and one segment on side B.
Side A begins with a recording of a conversation between Earle Mireau and Shannon Bellamy which discusses why she does not feel responsible for making an application on his behalf to employment openings that occur, what the status of employment equity candidates is, and the nature of two fire prevention officer positions that had been advertised. This conversation is followed by a call by Mr. Mireau to Mr. Hepworth's office, in order to speak with Kevin Doherty - who was unavailable. Earle Mireau proceeded to leave a detailed message outlining the difficulties he was having with the employment equity coordinator and announcing that he was considering making a second complaint to the Human Rights Commission as he felt that he was being discriminated/retaliated against for the filing his initial complaint. This recording is followed by a medley of unrelated cover versions of popular songs that continues to the end of side B. For simplicity of description, these songs are identified as one track on side A and one track on side B.
