Item is an audio cassette recording of a telephone interview between a CBC radio reporter named Dennis [Gruending] and Debbie Miller, a psychiatric nurse at the Regina Correctional Centre. Interview surrounds the issue of persons incarcerated who have psychiatric illness and their effect on staff and jail operations, as well as the lack of service/treatment options for these types of prisoners.

There and Back series

This series consists of records pertaining to There and Back, a three-part documentary for television produced by Minds Eye Pictures. There and Back (also known by its working title, Feelings Disease) explores the subject of teenage drug and alcohol addiction and recovery. It is comprised of three themes: Before the Fall; The Fall; and After the Fall, and includes interviews of young adults who have struggled with addiction and experienced the journey to recovery.

The executive producer of There and Back was Kevin DeWalt. It was produced by Rob King, with associate producers Lisa Donahue and Christopher Mark Reid. It was directed by Gordon McLennan and written by Rob King and Gordon McLennan. The director of photography was Ken Krawczyk and Jackie Dzuba was the editor.

Moving image records consist of: unedited interviews and raw footage (MI-7844 to MI-7934); transfer tapes (MI-7935 to MI-7937); a screener (MI-7938); masters (MI-7939 to MI-7941); and dub masters (MI-7942 to MI-7949). Textual records consist of interview transcripts.
